Outbound Sales Executive

Mpeople Recruitment are working with a reputable and thriving business based in Oldham that are a reputable organisation within the electric vehicles/material handling industry Our client is seeking a tenacious and self-motivated Outbound Sales Executive to join their busy team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Our client is looking for someone with a passion for customer relationships and a desire to succeed, in order to promote their products and services to clients across the UK via outbound sales calls.

 

Title: Outbound Sales Executive / Telesales

Location: Oldham (OL8)

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 plus a competitive commission structure

Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday, and 08:00 – 15:00 Friday

As an Outbound Sales Executive you would be responsible for:

  • Contacting existing customers to promote new and current services. You will need to be confident and proactive with speaking to a wide range of people.
  • Keep CRM up to date with current contacts
  • Make outbound sales calls and emails to prospective customers promoting the company and its product and service ranges
  • Develop client relationships
  • Working across two departments providing overall support to new sales and after sales teams

 

Our client are looking for with the following experience/skill-set:

  • Experience making outbound sales calls to new and existing customers
  • Cold calling prospects
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Pro-active and self-motivated
