Mpeople Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Operations Administrator on behalf of our client that are a well-established SME organisation based in Middleton (M24).
- Hours: 08:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday, and 08:00 – 15:45 on a Friday
- Location: Middleton (M24)
- Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience
Our client is looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team – they are looking for somebody who is an adaptable administrator, is hard-working, and can provide first-class customer service to their existing and new client base.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Raising purchase orders and goods receiving them
- Consulting with clients to book engineers on site
- Collaborating with the operational manager to organise the engineering teams
- Assisting the Operational Manager with all administrative duties
- Rising client invoicing once the engineers have completed the works
- Using the internal CRM system to book engineering jobs on to the system
- Ensuring our clients receive the correct paperwork once the engineering team has finished the works
- All other general administration tasks as required
The required traits, skills, and background:
- Experience within an engineering business would be advantageous but is not essential
- Previous experience within scheduling or working closely with engineers would also be advantageous
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to work as a team with 100% customer focus
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office packages
