Operations Administrator

£19,000 per annum + excellent benefits

Standard office hours are 9am until 5pm (35 hours) with up to 1 hour lunch break. Flexible working arrangements available.

Our client is looking to add an additional administrator to their team due to internal promotion.  This company offer excellent career support to progress within the business and also offer hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of an Operations Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the Onboarding Manager with processing new applications.
  • Collating and scanning all received application paperwork.
  • Requesting references for new clients
  • Second checking received applications.
  • Assisting the Client Co-ordinator with creation of new clients & products
  • Coordinating with product providers and Directors to complete new terms of business.
  • Collating and tracking new agency requests.
  • Creation of necessary system logins to allow new clients to carry out new business.
  • Assisting the Transfer Co-Ordinator to transfer client data
  • Creation of client transfer paperwork using mail merge functionality.
  • Collating, scanning and processing returned client paperwork.
  • Sending client paperwork to product providers and tracking and following up unprocessed items.
  • Keeping all communication saved and tracked.
  • Regularly updating new clients on progress.
  • Other ad hoc duties that arise on a week-by-week basis
