Mpeople Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Office Administrator on behalf of our well-established client based in Delph.

  • Salary: £17,000 - £20,000   
  • Hours of work: 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

Due to business growth the Office Administrator will join a well-established team, where their responsibilities will include:

  • Undertake general administrative duties as and when required by the Commercial Director.
  • Support the Commercial Director with general day to day office management and supplier relationship management.
  • Update CRM/supplier database as and when necessary and maintain filing systems.
  • Respond to incoming telephone calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner and distribute accordingly to the appropriate colleagues and departments.
  • If required greet visitors to the Company in a friendly and courteous way.
  • To provide support and cover for the Operations department as required – this would include processing customer orders, raising quotations, checking delivery & product availability, dealing with customer queries (telephone, email, and live chat), and maintaining the CRM system.
  • To provide support and cover for the Credit Controller when required – this may include processing payments (card, BACs or cheque), the sending of invoices and account statements, and chasing payments.

 

 

Our client is looking for somebody that is/has:

  • Essential Experience: Administrative and/or Customer Service experience within an office environment
  • Proficient with IT: A good understanding of MS Office, and desirably experience with CRM systems
  • Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A willingness to learn, reliability and hard-working
  • Organised and able to manage their own workload
  • Helpful and a great team-player
