The role will consist of speaking with our stores and internal teams and working through a list of specific queries. Shifts will be across 5 days, Monday – Sunday between the hours of 8am-4.30pm. Each shift will consist of 37.5 hours per week (approx.) for a minimum of 6 weeks (with the possibility of this being extended)
£10.10 per hour

Requirements Excellent verbal/written communication skills Confidence on the phone/ when making calls Ability to work under pressure
Experience in Customer Service/Contact Centre Background (preferred but not essential)
Hybrid Working: Must be able to work in the office minimum 1 day a week.
