HR Administrator
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Working Monday to Friday 8.30 to 17.00pm
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Administrator to join a thriving team. This position is working in a fast paced environment, supporting the wider HR team with onboarding, payroll, weekly & monthly reporting and general administration. Ideally looking for someone working towards their CIPD Level 3.
You will play a full role in the administration of the Employee lifecycle (New Starter on boarding process, Probation, Salary changes, Absences, Leavers etc
You will be responsible for auditing the 3 monthly payrolls. Ensuring that all new starters, leavers and changes are documented and that this is forwarded by payroll deadlines
Personal characteristics of resilience, high drive and a desire to get things done along with a strong attention to detail are also key requirements
Key Tasks:
- Updating the 3 Monthly Payroll Trackers
- Completing DBS Checks that are up for Renewal
- Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
- On boarding – Complete pre-employment Checks, Including Right to Work, Referencing and DBS
- On boarding – Send out Offers Letters, Contracts & New Starter Packs
- Taking responsibility for managing and updating colleague data in our HR system accurately
- Completing Data Audits
- Supporting the HR Team with any ongoing administrative tasks
- Ensuring confidentiality and GDPR processes are strictly adhered to
