The Role:

• Oversee and manage the lead generation products and services we offer
• Experienced in google analytics
• Appropriate implementation of technology to generate the best results for clients
• Generating the most efficient and effective products for our clients
• Growing revenue streams and controlling costs for the paid search lead generation department
• Focusing on lifetime value for SMEs
• Demonstrating innovation and being a thought leader in Leader
• Managing the team
• Recruiting staff
• Ensure world class product delivery
• Managing and improving reporting systems for the client portfolio
• Training and developing staff to improve their skills
• Developing internal processes to improve client experience
• Identifying opportunities to improve client lifetime value

About You:

• High level understanding of Google and Microsoft ads
• Experienced Sales Manager
• Experience in google analytics and tracking
• Ability to work effectively with technology partners and platforms –Google,Microsoft , Call tracking
• Experience in either client side or agency environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• People management skills
• Knowledge of other digital marketing channels such as SEO and social media
