French Speaking – Sales and Marketing Executive
- Your role each month will be split with 5-6 days office based, 10 – 12 days in France each month and the rest based at home.
- To grow and nurture existing businesses both in France.
- Implementing the sales strategy, action plan and product pricing policy for the region.
- Maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline for the sales region, utilising knowledge to maintain business and search for new sale opportunities.
- Introduction of new products – ensure they are properly presented across the sales teams and that buyers actively order and promote them.
- Provide training collateral for the sales teams with customers which assist them in understanding and promoting the brands educating them on the features and benefits.
- Play an active role in the development of the marketing strategy with the support of the existing marketing team globally.
- Assisting customers with technical solutions /problem solving, product trials and general field support where required.
- Work to sales/ marketing objectives as set out by the General Manager.
- Leading product presentations, sales negotiations to customer base in France and Supporting the General Manager with Sales Leads process in France.
- Help increase partners participation and engagement with digital marketing strategy.
- Visiting distribution partners in their markets to support and develop the sales and marketing process.
- Regional territory delivering against a set of agreed objectives in line with marketing and sales strategy.
- Accurately forecast and deliver against revenue and retention targets.
- Liaising with both internal and external colleagues and clients.
- Diary management and booking travel.
- Attending trade shows and events to further promote the brand.
French Speaking - Sales and Marketing Executive Requirements:
- You will have a valid UK driving license and will be able to drive in France/Benlux.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Required 5 years in sales, knowledge of the fast-fits and automotive industry would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication verbally and written with an ability to liaise with colleagues and clients.
- Can be decisive and resilient and make customers happy.
- Proficient with a range of Microsoft applications Excel, PowerPoint and Sales software packages.
- Experience of multi-disciplinary management, collating orders and project work.
- Manage own pipeline and diary and book travel internationally/ accommodation.
