The Role:
- Accurate data entry of financial information into spreadsheets and sage accounts package
- Matching of invoices to purchase orders for authorisation and entry into sage
- Raising invoices
- Recording payments on sage
- Cash counting and recording
- Liaising with departments regarding finance matters
- Reception/Front of House duties
- Filing and general administrative duties
