Mpeople Recruitment are recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a reputable business based in Denton.
Please note: this role requires a candidate who is willing to do various duties from scanning and filing to contacting customers to chase outstanding payments.
This is an ongoing temporary assignment which could lead to perm.
Role: Finance Administrator
Location: Denton
Salary: upto £11.28 (£22,000)
Hours: 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday
Start date: Monday 5th July 2022

You will be assisting the Finance Supervisor with day to day duties such as:
- Making calls to customers regarding outstanding payments
- Logging all conversations with customers accurately and diarising the next contact
- Data entry
- Scanning
- Shredding
- Filling
- Data cleansing
- Email, word document, excel spreadsheets completion as requested by the Finance Supervisor
Required knowledge & Skills:
- Data entry experience is essential
- Excellent organisations skills
- Confident professional telephone manner essential
- Able to work to challenging deadlines and use initiative
- Organised and efficient with the ability to multi task
- Meticulous attention to detail essential
- Self-motivated and efficient
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication and relationship/team building skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Willing to adopt a flexible, hands-on, common sense, “lead from the front”, “can do” approach
