Mpeople Recruitment are currently working with global company that operates internationally, offices based worldwide, due to growth and expansion they now require a Field Sales Representative reporting to the Leigh office in the Northwest. Salary £40,000 - £55,000 dependant on experience, Hours Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
Field Sales Representative Duties:
- Visiting existing clients and potential clients' sites, generate leads and convert to new business, evaluate customer needs, promote company products and services.
- Develop, grow, and maintain a pipeline of leads across your field area, inclusive of diarised visits.
- Manage existing accounts, obtain orders, preparation of public tender documents, fully conversed on all on credit terms, prices, availability.
- Maintain good relationships with both existing and new business.
- Receivables/debtors management in alignment with company protocols.
- Budget forecasting, planning of revenue, gross margins, submitting activity and results reports to management.
- Update internal CRM on activity.
- Highlight and customer issues as per company protocols.
- Develop and keep up to date with technical knowledge on company products, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications.
- Report to directly to the Sales Manager.
Field Sales Representative Requirements:
- An engineering or chemical engineering/ chemistry degree or equivalent work-based experience. Chemical, Air, Food and Water treatment technologies would be advantageous.
- 3 years plus working in a similar role required, understand the full sales process, and have strong negotiation skillset.
- Required excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail, able to deliver technical information/ solutions and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Team player.
- Required UK Driving Licence.
Fields Sales Representative Requirements:
- 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays with 3 reserved for Christmas shutdown.
- Good commission structure, car, phone, Laptop, 2 days only required in the Leigh office per month.
