Mpeople are currently recruiting for a Field Sales Account Manager within an international company in Wigan that has a strong ethos and promotes sustainability work practices, with employee wellbeing. If you are looking for a role with a flexible working environment, have ongoing training, international travel, career growth and a supportive team, then apply below.  Salary £40,000 to 45,000 basic OTE £55,000 plus uncapped commission.  Hours Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm - with some international travel. 

Field Sales Account Manager Duties: 

  • To grow and nurture existing businesses both in EMEA. 

  • Client and distributor visits in Denmark, Norway, Finland and France. 

  • Implementing the sales strategy, action plan and product pricing policy for region.  

  • Maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline for the sales region, utilising knowledge to maintain business and search for new sale opportunities. 

  • Assisting customers with technical solutions /problem solving, product trials and general field support where required. 

  • Work to sales/ marketing objectives as set out by the Sales Director and Regional Manager. 

  • Leading product presentations, sales negotiations to customer base in Denmark, Norway, Finland, France and Netherlands and Supporting the Sales Director with Sales Leads process in Germany. 

  • Help increase partners participation and engagement with digital marketing strategy. 

  • Visiting distribution partners in their markets to support and develop the sales and marketing process. 

  • Regional territory delivering against a set of agreed objectives in line with marketing and sales strategy. 

  • Accurately forecast and deliver against revenue and retention targets. 

  • Liaising with both internal and external colleagues and clients 

  • Diary management and booking travel. 

Field Sales Account Manager Requirements: 

  • You will have a valid UK driving license. 

  • Bilingual in English and one of the following, Dutch or German desirable but not required. 

  • Excellent communication verbally and written with an ability to liaise with colleagues and clients. 

  • Previously worked within one of the following industries required, Import or export industry Flooring or sub-segments, non-resilient, resilient, and carpets, Furniture Wholesale or Import or export. 

  • Can be decisive and resilient and make customers happy. 

  • Proficient with a range of Microsoft applications and Sales software packages.  

  • Experience of multi-disciplinary management and project work. 

  • Manage own pipeline and diary and book travel internationally/ accommodation.
