We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Export Sales Coordinator to join a thriving organisation that is seeking exceptional growth.  This newly created role requires someone that can work at pace and deal with high volumes of enquiries coming into the department.  Ideal candidate will come from a sales admin or export admin background.

Working: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 17.00pm

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum

  • Provide the departmental administration, data recording and sales support system
  • Provide quotations for products as requested by sales team
  • Become competent in product costing and pricing using the bespoke spreadsheets. Update distributor pricelists in conjunction with sales consultants
  • Handle/negotiate less complicated sales enquiries; suggest alternative products and prices against competitor products
  • Receive and process export customers’ orders: liaise with finance, production and logistics departments to provide a full, on-time, customer service
  • Accurately ensure that required information is recorded and in the correct format from conception to completion. Communicate messages promptly and alert sales team to relevant information
  • Interdepartmental liaison. Continually seek opportunities to lower costs (production and logistics), be prepared to challenge internal service departments if required and improve customer service. Assist in writing case studies and liaise with marketing
  • Regularly follow up quotations, sales leads and identify opportunities for products and services
  • Correspondence as required which may include technical explanations in absence of sales consultant
  • Report and troubleshoot any problems or complaints
  • Understand the markets in which our distributors operate and coordinate knowledge and services to help them develop sales of products in these markets
  • Negotiate orders if required
  • Assimilate product knowledge
  • Work in conjunction with sales managers
  • Work in compliance with the Company’s QA procedures
  • Obtain costs and quotations for bought-in products and services, source ancillary products
