Customer Service Advisor – Evening Shift 
Start Date: Thursday 31st July
Shift: 5:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight
Rota: 4 on 4 off

Temporary ongoing with a potential of permanent 

Do you have previous Customer Service experience?
Do you have a current DBS? are willing to apply for one?
 

Mpeople are actively recruiting for strong empathetic Customer Service Advisors to join a vital support team handling incoming calls from clients who need immediate help or assistance. 

What you’ll need:

• An excellent telephone manner

• Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure

• Strong attention to detail

• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment

• Be flexible and adaptable

• Be timely and ensure you are thorough with each call
