Our client is currently expanding and looking for an experience customer service helpdesk advisor. Starting salary up to £21,000, immediate start available once passing clearance checks.
As major part of the role will be using the internal communication system where you will:
- Be the voice of the company.
- Be the front-line person to answer inbound calls and emails, in line with SLA’s.
- Be able to answer a broad range of queries or refer queries to other departments where needed.
- Be able to assist customers with the use of internal systems.
- Updating customer records
Skills required:
- Good communicator and able to take responsibility for timely responses.
- Confident to communicate over telephone, email and live chat.
- Able to be flexible in responding to the needs of the business and the Partners within the business.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Willing to go above and beyond and exceed expectations.
- Ability to plan and prioritise own workload.
Required education and qualifications:
- Previous office experience
