Our client is currently expanding and looking for an experience customer service helpdesk advisor.  Offering excellent career progression as well as study support, along with fantastic benefits including 30 holidays + banks, free town centre parking. Starting salary up to £21,000, immediate start available once passing clearance checks.

As major part of the role will be using the internal communication system where you will:

  • Be the voice of the company.
  • Be the front-line person to answer inbound calls and emails, in line with SLA’s.
  • Be able to answer a broad range of queries or refer queries to other departments where needed.
  • Be able to assist customers with the use of internal systems.
  • Updating customer records

Skills required:

  • Good communicator and able to take responsibility for timely responses.
  • Confident to communicate over telephone, email and live chat.
  • Able to be flexible in responding to the needs of the business and the Partners within the business.
  • A positive can-do attitude.
  • Willing to go above and beyond and exceed expectations.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise own workload.

Required education and qualifications:

  • Previous office experience
