Mpeople Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client who are one of the UK’s leading service providers within their industry. They are a well-established organisation based in Middleton (M24).

  • Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (or 08:30 – 17:30) Monday to Friday, and 08:00 – 12:00 1 in 4 Saturdays
  • Location: Stakehill Industrial Estate, Middleton (M24)
  • Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience (overtime available for any extra hours than detailed above)

 

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team – they are looking for somebody who takes pride in providing first-class customer service, and a passion for working hard.

 

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Effectively serve our customers, providing the highest level of customer service.
  • Assist with administration tasks and paperwork
  • Ability to plan and prioritise all aspects of delivery and collection of vehicles, ensuring SLA targets are achieved.
  • Effectively operate the rental system.
  • Complete all rentals, reservations, and quotations in accordance with company procedures.
  • Answer all telephone calls in accordance with company policy.
  • Action daily reports.
  • Respond to emails.
  • Flexible attitude, to ensure all areas of the business is maintained.
  • Checking vehicles for damage.

 

The required traits, skills, and background:

  • Experience within the motor/mechanical industry would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to work as a team with 100% customer focus
  • Excellent telephone manner is essential
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • A driving license would be beneficial but is not essential
