Customer Service Administrator

Mpeople are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for our client who are a manufacturing company based in Glossop.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business.

Salary: maximum £26,000

Hours of work: 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Free onsite parking

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator who is driven and motivated and has the ability to learn and pick up new process’s.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer interactions: Answering customer phone calls, responding to inquiries and helping customers complete orders
  • Record keeping: Maintaining customer records, service tickets, and other information
  • Administrative tasks: Managing phones and email accounts, processing transactions, and preparing quotations
  • Problem solving: Finding solutions when products are unavailable, and escalating issues to the appropriate person
  • Reporting: Providing reports as needed, and informing management of any requirements
  • Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues, participating in team meetings, and supporting the organization's governance
  • Professional development: Taking on-the-job and external training, and continuing to develop professionally

Experience:

· Previous Sales Order Processing experience

· Customer Service experience

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Well organised

· Ability to work as part of a small team

· Computer literate, ERP Software and MS Office

· Experience of using an MRP system
