Our client has an opportunity for a positive forward-thinking individual to join the Internal Key Account Team.
Providing vital support to the core business.
• Processing customer orders via email, and phone
• Dealing with customers queries over the telephone and Email
• Ensuring all orders are processed within the day and enquiries are completed and responded to in a timely manner
• Support customers with any queries or problems they may have relating to their orders or products
Experience within sales/customer service environment,
SAP experience would be an advantage
•Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills,
Self-motivated with a focus in customer service
