Mpeople Recruitment are currently seeking a Construction Sales Administrator to join a leading organisation based in Failsworth on a Full-Time, Permanent basis.
Hours: 08:30 – 16:30, Monday to Friday (35 hour week)
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience
Location: Hollinwood, Failsworth
Key Responsibilities:
- Sending out enquiries to suppliers
- Collating all received suppliers quotes per project
- Produce client quotations using Auto Quotes
- Collate all purchase orders needed per project
- Liaising with the designer regarding the specification schedule
- Ordering all samples for sign off per project
- Working closely with the client manager and project manager
- Collate the handover folder
- Ensuring all purchase orders have been placed
- Stage payments are met by the client
- Collate all additional extras within the project once live
- Printing off drawing packs
- Day to day support within the sales office
- Data inputting / Sales order processing
- Data Management – requiring attention to detail
- Supporting the administration requirements of all aspects of the business
- Dealing with customer queries
Skills & Attributes Required:
- Previous Sales support / Sales administration experience from within the design & build sector would be preferable but not essential
- The ability to read CAD drawings is desirable but not essential
- A strong work ethic and extremely organised
- As this is a wide and varied role an ability to prioritize and multitask is essential
- Competent and proficient to use a range of Mircosoft packages.
- A friendly and confident phone manner
