The Role:
- Processing customer quotations and sale orders
- Running customer order books
- Processing delivery documents
- Leasing with procurement to follow up on outstanding parts
- Dealing with general customer queries
- Administer sub-contact repairs covering electronics, including logistics and associated paperwork
- Daily usage of both SAP and Excel
About You:
- Strong administration skills with the ability to plan, organize, prioritise, and communicate effectively.
- Problem-solving skills
- Computer literate, especially Excel. SAP experience an advantage but not essential.
- Team player with flexible attitude
- Flexible to go on site when required
