Are you an experienced Administrator and are available to complete a 12 month contract? The Role:

  • Processing customer quotations and sale orders
  • Running customer order books
  • Processing delivery documents
  • Leasing with procurement to follow up on outstanding parts
  • Dealing with general customer queries
  • Administer sub-contact repairs covering electronics, including logistics and associated paperwork
  • Daily usage of both SAP and Excel

About You:

 

  • Strong administration skills with the ability to plan, organize, prioritise, and communicate effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate, especially Excel. SAP experience an advantage but not essential.
  • Team player with flexible attitude
  • Flexible to go on site when required
