Experienced Business Valuer

I am currently working on behalf of an incredibly established and successful estate agents business based in the Leeds area, due to expansion they are actively recruiting for a business valuer to join their team.  Experience in residential or commercial property is preferred.

Main duties and experience include:

The role will involve pre arranged appointments to value clients businesses and/or commercial property throughout the North of England who are considering selling with a view to obtaining their instructions to market the same for sale via their agency.

The successful Valuer will have the following skill set:

• Previous experience working as an Estate Agent Valuer or Lettings Valuer
• Proven track record in winning new business
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Estimating the value of commercial properties
• Helping clients maximise profit from potential sales
• Keeping up to date with the commercial property market
• Conducting research into clients assets
• Writing details reports
• Carrying out business valuations
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
