Are you an experienced Administrator and would like to work for a long established and successful family run business? Have you got strong organisational skills and are looking for a varied role? This is an excellent opportunity working for a very secure business who really do care about every team member. A salary of up to £25,000 is on offer.

The Role:

  • To assist the HR team in providing a comprehensive HR Administrative service
  • To provide an effective administration service relating to the employment lifecycle
  • To coordinate recruitment systems including DBS
  • Forming and maintaining employee records
  • Updating databases internally, such as contract management , leavers , training
  • Preparing and amending where necessary documents, such as  employment contracts and letters 
  • Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
  • Communicating with external partners
  • Helping with various arrangements internally, from meetings , travel
  • Responding to telephone calls and enquiries

About You:

  • Attention to detail
  • Works well under pressure ·
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise ·
  • Interpersonal with good communicative skills

You will be working a 37.5 working week, there is a salary of up to £25,000 plus other benefits including on site parking.
