The Role:
- To assist the HR team in providing a comprehensive HR Administrative service
- To provide an effective administration service relating to the employment lifecycle
- To coordinate recruitment systems including DBS
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Updating databases internally, such as contract management , leavers , training
- Preparing and amending where necessary documents, such as employment contracts and letters
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
- Communicating with external partners
- Helping with various arrangements internally, from meetings , travel
- Responding to telephone calls and enquiries

You will be working a 37.5 working week, there is a salary of up to £25,000 plus other benefits including on site parking.
